My Story
"Hi, I'm Amrit, a self-taught artist from India, born in 1988, living currently in the beautiful Czech city of Brno. Ever since my early years, I found myself captivated by the world of Arts and Crafts, a passion that continues to thrive within me. Alongside my mother, who served as a constant source of inspiration, I drew influence from the immortalized works of the great international artist, Leonardo da Vinci, as well as the renowned local artist, Sobha Singh.
Driven by an unwavering determination, I have always known that I was destined to become an artist. Art has woven its way into the very fabric of my existence from the very beginning.
To me, being an artist is an innate calling, a talent that flows through my veins rather than something acquired through formal education. Throughout my journey, I have primarily honed my skills through hands-on experience, embracing the invaluable lessons derived from trial and error, and studying the profound works of diverse artists.
While my preferred mediums are oil colors and watercolors, I refuse to confine myself to a single artistic realm. I am equally adept in working with acrylics and exploring the realm of crafts, utilizing air-dry clay to bring my imaginative visions to life. By continuously pushing the boundaries of my artistic endeavors, I strive to channel my innermost emotions and perceptions onto the canvas, thereby creating a harmonious symphony of colors, shapes, and textures."
